Triple Threat Sport’s Return Policy
Triple Threat Sport guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from us. If after using your board and following the care instructions that come with your board, you are not completely satisfied with your coaching board, you may return it to Triple Threat Sport within 30 days of the original order date.

What If My Coaching Board Is Damaged?
Please open and inspect your board immediately upon arrival. You will have 10 days from the day you receive your order to make claims for any item damaged during shipping. After this time period, claims for damage incurred during shipment may be denied. General Shipping Policies:
Triple Threat Sport process orders weekly and send these to our printer, 9am every Monday. Orders placed after 6 pm EST on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 5 business days for the production of your Coaching Board and 2-5 business days for the delivery of your coaching board. Triple Threat Sport will provide tracking numbers with every order.
General Shipping Methods:
Triple Threat Sport products are freighted by Fastway Couriers but we may use various couriers if delivery is outside Fastway Couriers areas. Our Couriers DO NOT Deliver to PO Boxes. If you have a time sensitive order please contact customer service via email info@triplethreatsport.com.au and the team will assist where possible, with additional shipping costs passed on to the customer. Your questions regarding order transit time can be directed to our Customer Service Team via email. Triple Threat Sport is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information. Additional shipping charges will apply if re-shipment is required.
Care of your Triple Threat Sport Board
- Use only Dry-Erase Whiteboard markers
- Ideally markings should be erased using a clean soft cloth, tissue or whiteboard eraser.
- Clean the whiteboard on a weekly basis using whiteboard cleaner and a soft cloth
- Avoid using household cleaners on the board
NB:The longer the markings are left on the whiteboard, the more difficult it will become to dry-erase
